What we offer

Compensation that scales with contribution:

• Base salary: $68,000 – $82,000/year (depending on experience and ramp pace)
• KPI bonuses
• Adjustment volume bonuses ($500 – $2,500/month at tier)
• Wellness conversion bonuses ($1,000/month)
• D1 commission (1% of closes you ran)
• D2 commission (3% of cash closes you ran)
• Total comp potential of $110k–$135k+ for a doctor performing well in their first year

Clear growth path: Start with adjusting. Grow into Day 1/Day 2 case closing. Eventually into neuropathy and other niche work. Each step is documented, supported, and tied to additional income.
