Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Chiropractor to join our healthcare team, dedicated to improving patient well-being through expert musculoskeletal care. Duties

• Conduct thorough patient observations, including physical assessments and examinations to evaluate musculoskeletal health and identify underlying issues.
• Develop comprehensive care plans tailored to individual needs, incorporating chiropractic diversified techniques, trigger point therapy, manual therapy, and pain management strategies.
• Perform physical examinations and biomechanics analysis to understand the root causes of acute and chronic pain conditions.
• Utilize medical imaging and musculoskeletal diagnostics to support accurate diagnoses and treatment decisions.
• Manage acute pain cases effectively while providing ongoing patient rehabilitation and recovery support.
• Educate patients on physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and self-care practices to enhance their understanding of treatment processes.
• Maintain detailed documentation using EMR/EHR systems, including patient histories, treatment notes, progress reports, and care plans.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and coordinate occupational health initiatives when applicable.
• Stay current with evidence-based practice developments in chiropractic care, pain medicine, and related fields to continually improve service quality.

Experience

• Proven experience in patient observation, physical assessments, and musculoskeletal diagnostics within a clinical setting.
• Demonstrated expertise in acute pain management, manual therapy techniques such as chiropractic diversified technique, trigger point therapy, and physical examinations.
• Knowledge of healthcare diagnosis procedures including medical imaging interpretation and biomechanics analysis.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and the musculoskeletal system for accurate patient assessment.
• Experience in developing individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices for pain management and patient rehabilitation.
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for efficient documentation and patient record management.
• Excellent client communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and empathetically.

Pay: $45,800.00 - $107,000.00 per year
