Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Chiropractor to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing chiropractic care with an emphasis on rehabilitation and exercise therapy, working alongside massage therapists and chiropractic assistants. The ideal candidate can be either new or seasoned, with a strong knowledge of rehab and exercise protocols. The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 9 am to 6 pm, with a one-hour lunch break, and primarily serves patients with OHP insurance, for which credentialing support will be provided. We are in no rush to bring on a provider. If you are happy at your current position for the next few weeks or months but know you will be moving to the area or want a change, let's talk! It will be greatly beneficial for the both of us to get the credentialing process started before you leave your current position.

Responsibilities

• Deliver chiropractic adjustments and therapy tailored to individual patient needs
• Incorporate exercise and rehabilitation techniques into patient care plans
• Collaborate with massage therapists and chiropractic assistants to ensure comprehensive treatment
• Educate patients on exercises and lifestyle modifications to support recovery
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with clinic standards. Chart notes should be done with ideally by the end of the work day.
• I will assist you in the credentialing process for OHP insurance
• Provide exceptional patient care in a professional, welcoming environment

Qualifications

• Valid chiropractic license; new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Knowledge of rehab exercises and therapeutic protocols preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Commitment to patient-centered care and ongoing professional development
• Ability to adapt treatment plans based on individual patient needs
• Willingness to participate in the credentialing process
• Treat and create signed chart notes for 15-20 patients / day

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
