We are hiring a Chiropractor to join our clinical team and support our growing patient base. This is an excellent opportunity for a practitioner who wants autonomy, flexibility, and a professional environment that prioritizes patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

Clinical Assessment & Treatment

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including history, physical examination, and orthopedic testing
• Create individualized treatment plans focused on pain reduction, mobility restoration, and functional improvement
• Perform chiropractic adjustments, manual therapy, joint mobilization, and soft-tissue techniques, where appropriate

Patient Communication & Education

• Explain diagnoses and treatment plans in clear, jargon-free language that puts patients at ease
• Educate patients on exercise, posture, lifestyle modifications, injury prevention, and rehabilitation practices

Documentation & Record Keeping

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including charting, SOAP notes, and outcome tracking

Collaboration & Integrated Care

• Collaborate with RMTs, acupuncturists, and other interdisciplinary practitioners to support continuity of care

Professional Standards & Ethics

• Uphold the standards of the CCO Code of Ethics and maintain appropriate professional boundaries
• Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and a patient-centered approach in all interactions

Continuous Learning & Development

• Stay current with advancements in chiropractic best practices, research, and clinical techniques

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Chiropractor in good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario (CCO)
• Strong foundation in pain management, musculoskeletal assessment & manual therapy
• Proficient in medical terminology, patient documentation & SOAP note accuracy
• Excellent communication, empathy & patient-education skills
• Ability to manage caseload independently while maintaining clinical standards

Preferred / Asset Skills

Experience in either

• Postpartum
• Pediatrics
• Prenattal
• Multilingual ability
• Rehabilitative exercise programming

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong communication and patient-care skills
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinic
• Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, or Italian is considered a strong asset

Pay: $90.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 25.0 per week
