Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Chiropractor to join our dynamic healthcare team. We have 2 locations, and our practice is personal injury based. We are looking to explant our cash practice and are searching for the right doctor to work and grow with us.. . This position offers an exciting opportunity to make to learn and advance your knowledge and skill base , both in patient care and in the personal injury arena.

Patient communication and onboarding the patients is our top priority. along with good adjusting skills, an outgoing, caring demeanor is a MUST for this position.

Duties

• Conduct thorough patient observations, including physical assessments and examinations, to accurately diagnose musculoskeletal issues.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans utilizing chiropractic diversified technique, manual therapy, trigger point therapy, and other evidence-based methods.
• Manage acute pain conditions effectively through targeted pain medicine strategies and manual therapy interventions.
• Perform physical assessments and utilize medical imaging when necessary to support accurate diagnoses within the musculoskeletal system.
• Educate patients on anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and injury prevention to promote long-term health benefits.
• Maintain detailed electronic medical records (EMR/EHR), documenting patient history, treatment progress, and care plans with precision.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals on occupational health initiatives and client rehabilitation programs to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Experience

• Proven experience in primary care settings with a focus on musculoskeletal diagnostics and pain management.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and the musculoskeletal system essential for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Hands-on expertise in chiropractic diversified technique, manual therapy, trigger point therapy, and physical examinations.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, medical imaging interpretation, and healthcare diagnosis procedures.
• Experience in patient assessment, client communication, and developing effective care plans aligned with evidence-based practice standards.
• Prior work using EMR/EHR systems for documentation and patient management is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to handle acute pain cases confidently while providing compassionate patient care across diverse populations.
