We’re looking for a chiropractor who brings more than just great adjusting skills to the table. At Austin Spine & Rehabilitation, we believe the best providers know how to deliver an excellent adjustment, build genuine relationships with their patients, and make people feel comfortable the moment they walk through the door.

With locations in Austin and Buda, our multidisciplinary team brings chiropractic care, physical rehabilitation, and nutrition together to help patients feel and function their best. We’re looking for a skilled, personable Associate Chiropractor who enjoys working with people, has confidence in their adjusting abilities, and wants to be part of a team that values both clinical skill and personality.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver quality chiropractic adjustments with confidence, skill, and attention to each patient's needs
• Build rapport quickly and create a welcoming, positive patient experience
• Assess patients, identify musculoskeletal concerns, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Work alongside our rehab and nutrition teams to support well-rounded patient care
• Educate patients on their treatment plans, movement, posture, and long-term wellness
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation while keeping patient care at the center of your day

Who We’re Looking For

• A Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) with an active Texas license
• A strong adjuster who is comfortable with a variety of techniques and knows how to tailor care to the patient
• A people person who can connect with patients, communicate clearly, and bring positive energy to the clinic
• Someone who is confident, coachable, and committed to providing a great patient experience
• A team player who enjoys collaborating with other providers and contributing to a supportive clinic culture
