Job Description & Requirements

An established chiropractic and physical therapy practice in Bartlett, IL, is seeking a full-time Associate Chiropractor to join its team. This position offers a $100,000–$115,000 salary plus quarterly bonuses, which begin after 90 days and completion of training.

The associate will work approximately 31–40 hours per week, with full days Monday through Wednesday and Friday, a half day Thursday, and 1–2 Saturdays per month. Expected patient volume is 125–175 patients per week, with approximately 3–5 minutes spent with each patient.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting patient consultations, examinations, and X-rays
• Presenting Reports of Findings and care recommendations
• Performing chiropractic adjustments and re-examinations
• Recommending appropriate ongoing care
• Participating in team meetings, training, and professional development
• Supporting internal referrals, workshops, spinal screenings, community outreach, and social media marketing

The practice primarily utilizes Impulse IQ as its main adjusting technique, alongside ProAdjuster and other instrument-based methods, with manual adjustments incorporated as appropriate. Training is available to help the associate become familiar with the practice's techniques and systems.

The ideal candidate combines strong patient care skills with a business-minded approach and enjoys collaborative patient care in a setting that integrates chiropractic treatment with functional rehabilitation.

Illinois licensure is required. Out-of-state candidates are welcome to apply. A minimum initial commitment of two years is expected.
