Job Description

Greenwich Wellness, an established, cash-based chiropractic and integrative healthcare practice serving the Greenwich community for over 20 years, is seeking a skilled, motivated Doctor of Chiropractic to join our team.

We are looking for a chiropractor who takes pride in their adjusting skills, values individualized patient care, and is interested in becoming part of a growing multidisciplinary practice.

The position will initially provide coverage approximately three days per week during the practice owner's upcoming shoulder surgery and recovery, with the potential to develop into a permanent associate role.

The Opportunity

Greenwich Wellness is expanding its functional medicine and integrative healthcare services. As our founder transitions toward a greater focus on functional medicine and clinical leadership, we are seeking a chiropractor who could eventually take a leading role in delivering chiropractic care within the practice.

This is an opportunity to join an established practice with a loyal patient base, receive mentorship from an experienced chiropractor, and grow professionally within a collaborative clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality chiropractic examinations, adjustments, and individualized patient care.
• Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Communicate effectively with patients regarding their care and progress.
• Collaborate with our clinical and administrative team to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain a professional, compassionate, patient-centered environment.
• Maintain all required professional licenses, certifications, and liability insurance throughout employment.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited chiropractic program.
• Active Connecticut chiropractic license or eligibility for licensure before beginning patient care.
• Strong manual adjusting skills, particularly diversified techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional, dependable, and motivated to grow clinically.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate within an integrative healthcare model.
• Must carry individual professional malpractice/liability insurance covering services performed at Greenwich Wellness, with minimum limits of $1 million per occurrence and $3 million aggregate.
• Must provide proof of current professional liability insurance before beginning patient care and maintain coverage throughout the position.
• Both experienced chiropractors and motivated newer graduates are encouraged to apply.
