Chiropractor – Flexible Practice Opportunity

Saugerties Center of Health is seeking a NYS-licensed chiropractor to join our established multidisciplinary healthcare office in Saugerties, NY.

We are looking for the right chiropractor to join our office and are open to creating a practice arrangement that works for both an incoming provider and our existing practice.

This opportunity may be structured as a supported independent practice arrangement utilizing our existing office systems and infrastructure, or as a more independent office-share/rental arrangement for a chiropractor who prefers to manage their own practice operations.

Compensation & Practice Structure: This is not a traditional salaried position. Income is based on the chiropractor’s individual patient volume, collections, schedule and selected practice arrangement. income is based on the chiropractor’s collections, subject to agreed-upon rental and applicable operational expenses. The compensation range shown represents estimated earning potential and is not a guaranteed salary.

Limited availability is available immediately, with significantly expanded availability beginning January 2027. Flexible weekday and Saturday scheduling options are available.

Prefer to operate more independently?

We are also open to an office-share arrangement for a chiropractor who has or would like to maintain their own scheduling, billing, EHR and payment systems. Flexible monthly rental arrangements are available based on schedule and days utilized.

This opportunity is well suited for a new or newer chiropractor who wants to begin building an independent practice without the expense of opening and equipping a standalone office, a chiropractor looking for greater autonomy, or an established DC interested in adding a Hudson Valley satellite location.

Our established office currently includes chiropractic, physical therapy and massage therapy, creating opportunities for collaboration and internal referrals.
