Candidate Requirements – Chocolate and Pastry Maker

We are looking for candidates with strong hands-on experience in chocolate and pastry production, along with good English communication skills, leadership abilities, and team management experience.

Key Requirements:

• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Ability to supervise and guide production team members.
• Hands-on experience in chocolate making, pastry preparation, decoration, and finishing.
• Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and food safety standards.
• Ability to manage daily production activities and meet deadlines.
• A proactive, responsible, and professional approach to work.

Preference: Candidates who can independently manage production activities, communicate effectively with management, and lead a team efficiently.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
