Overview

In this role, you will be making bean-to-bar chocolate!

Duties

• Maintain compliance with protocols to ensure food safety throughout the production process.
• Sanitate work areas and equipment regularly to uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Operate machinery related to food chocolate making.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices to ensure product quality and safety.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while adhering to safety regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food production, culinary, bakery, or restaurant service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of food safety practices, including HACCP and CGMP, is a plus.
• Mechanical knowledge or experience with machinery operation is advantageous.
• Strong commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the workplace.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.
• Ability to stand on feet and lift and move materials as required by the position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
