What they need
Memz Bites is looking for a skilled and creative Chocolatier to join our production team in Dubai.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in fine chocolate and confectionery production.
- Strong knowledge of chocolate tempering, moulding, fillings, ganache and pralines.
- Experience in preparing premium chocolate trays, truffles and customized chocolate creations.
- Excellent attention to detail, presentation and finishing.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a professional kitchen environment.
Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
