Chore Provider

Athens Home Care Solutions is seeking a dependable and compassionate Chore Provider / Light Housekeeping Aide to assist seniors and vulnerable adults in maintaining safe, clean, and comfortable homes. This position plays an important role in helping individuals remain independent and supported within their own homes and communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide light housekeeping services in clients’ homes
• Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
• Kitchen and bathroom cleaning
• Laundry and linen changes
• Meal planning and preparation
• Trash removal and basic organization
• Monitor for safety concerns or changes in client condition and report concerns appropriately
• Build respectful and supportive relationships with clients
• Maintain professionalism, reliability, and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Compassionate, dependable, and respectful attitude
• Ability to work independently
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred
• Ability to pass a background check
• Previous caregiving, housekeeping, or home care experience is helpful but not required
