Christmas Elf

Join our festive team as a Christmas Elf! This enchanting role is perfect for those who love spreading joy and cheer during the holiday season. As a Christmas Elf, you will engage with children and families, bringing the magic of Christmas to life through interactive activities, performances, and heartfelt communication. Your enthusiasm and creativity will help create unforgettable memories for all who visit.

Duties

• Interact with children and families in a friendly and engaging manner, embodying the spirit of Christmas.
• Communicate effectively with team members and guests to enhance the overall experience.
• Maintain a cheerful disposition while fulfilling various tasks throughout the day.
• Keep presents well stocked for all age groups.
• Ensure the grotto is kept presentable (and magical!).
• Using your initiative: at time Santa's Grotto will be busy, the Elf in this role needs to use their initiative and problem-solving skills to keep a handful of families happy at all times.
• Must have availability over December weekend and December school holidays on leadup to Christmas.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with guests of all ages.
• Public speaking skills/ acting skills to confidently address groups.
• A passion for Christmas and creating magical experiences for others.
• Ability to work flexible hours during the festive season, including weekends.
