Overview

Are you looking for a fun, active, and rewarding seasonal job this winter? Quality Surface is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Holiday Lighting Installers to join our team! We specialize in transforming residential and commercial properties into festive winter wonderlands.

No prior professional lighting experience is necessary—if you have a strong work ethic, a great attitude, and are comfortable with physical outdoor work, we will train you!

Key Responsibilities

• Safely install custom Christmas lights and holiday decorations on roofs, trees, bushes, and building facades.
• Work collaboratively with a crew to ensure efficient and timely project completion.
• Handle, test, and troubleshoot commercial-grade holiday lighting materials.
• Provide exceptional customer service and represent our company professionally on-site.
• Return in January/February to efficiently take down, organize, and pack away all installed holiday displays.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Must be completely comfortable working at great heights (on roofs, multi-story homes, and scaffolding).
• Must be proficient and confident using extension ladders and step ladders (carrying, setting up, and securing them safely).
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various winter weather conditions (cold, wind, rain).
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to our shop daily is a plus.
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious with a strict adherence to safety protocols.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 per week
