Seasonal Christmas Light Installer: Earn Like You Mean It
Citrus Window Cleaning | Brevard County, FL | Mid-October through January

Most seasonal jobs pay you for showing up. This one pays you for showing out.

We're a tight, fast-moving crew installing premium Christmas light displays on some of the best homes in Brevard. We're hiring a few people who want to be great at something, not just clock in.

What you'll earn

• Our crew averages $23 to $42 per hour, and top performers land at the high end
• Tips from clients who love a crew that does it right
• Nobody sets your ceiling but you

Your schedule: you choose

• 5 days x 8 hours or 4 days x 10 hours
• Seasonal: mid-October through January
• Outdoor, hands-on work: ladders, roofs, and real physical output
• Full training provided

Who we're looking for

• You're competitive and you keep score, even if only against yourself
• You're coachable and you take feedback and improve fast
• You have the stamina to put in a full day and still bring energy to the crew
• You're on time every time, and teammates can count on you
• You're comfortable with heights and ladders
• You care about the crew. We win together, and we don't keep people who only play for themselves.

Our culture
Small team, high standards, zero ego. We hype each other up, hold each other accountable, and have a good time doing it. If you want to coast, this isn't the place. If you want to be part of a crew that's proud of what it builds, apply.
