Responsibilities

• Safely install holiday lighting fixtures on rooftops, eaves, trees, and other designated areas following safety protocols and client specifications
• Use ladders, scaffolding, and other equipment to reach high or hard-to-access locations efficiently and securely
• Ensure all lighting displays are properly secured, aligned, and functioning correctly for optimal visual impact
• Remove holiday lights promptly after the season ends while maintaining equipment and ensuring no damage occurs
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide expert advice on lighting design and placement
• Conduct routine inspections during installation to identify potential hazards or issues and address them proactively
• Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, supplies, and equipment before, during, and after each project

Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions including cold temperatures during the winter season
• Comfortable working at heights using ladders or scaffolding with proper safety precautions
• Strong physical stamina to lift heavy equipment, stand for extended periods, and perform physically demanding tasks
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure precise installation and removal of lighting displays
• Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and interact professionally with clients
• Prior experience with electrical work or holiday lighting installation is a plus but not required; training will be provided
• Valid driver’s license preferred for transporting equipment between job sites

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
