Christmas Pop-Up Sales Assistant – Temporary Position

Eden Medical / Eden Skin Store are excited to be opening a Christmas Pop-Up Store in Mahon Point Shopping Centre and are looking for two enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Assistantsto join our team for the Christmas period.

This is a temporary position ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, has an interest in skincare and beauty, and is available to work flexible hours during the busy Christmas season.

Location

Mahon Point Shopping Centre, Cork

Temporary Contract

The role will cover the following periods:

• 23rd – 29th November
• 9th – 23rd December

Working Hours

We are looking for candidates who are available to work full days Monday to Friday and full days at weekends during the specified periods.

Flexibility is essential, as the Pop-Up will be operating throughout the busy Christmas shopping period.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers to the Pop-Up and providing a friendly, professional experience.
• Assisting customers with product selection and providing information on our skincare and beauty products.
• Promoting Eden Medical and Eden Skin Store products and services.
• Processing customer purchases and handling payments accurately.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and attractive retail environment.
• Replenishing stock and ensuring products are well presented.
• Supporting the team with opening and closing duties.
• Providing excellent customer service throughout the busy Christmas period.
• Working as part of the wider Eden Medical / Eden Skin Store team to achieve sales and customer service goals.

• Confident working independently as well as part of a team.
• Previous retail, sales, beauty or skincare experience is desirable but not essential.
