Chubb Life HK - Case Manager, Case Management

Act as the primary contact point for servicing support to brokerage / partnership channels, to ensure that the queries / concerns are addressed timely and effectively.

Assist in refining and enhancing the servicing framework model to support distribution channels, including but not limited to servicing and administration procedures and workflows

Participant in service enhancement initiatives / projects

University graduate preferred

Minimum 5 years of solid experience in customer servicing area, preferably with exposure to VIP, high-net-worth (HNW), affluent customer segments.

Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese, with proficiency in spoken Mandarin.

As a good team player, and with strong communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills, with the capability to resolve the issue(s) / concern(s) effectively and efficiently through coordination with other teams / departments

With customer-centric mindset and be able to work under pressure
