About the role

ADDESSA CORPORATION, a leading appliance retailer is coming to Tanauan, Batangas City! We are seeking to hire a Credit Investigator/Collector to join our soon to open branch in Tanauan City.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct credit investigations for all installment loan applicants.
• Collect monthly installment payments from ADDESSA customers within assigned area coverage.
• Maintain detailed records of all transactions and prepare collection reports.
• Communicate with customers regarding outstanding payments and collection schedules
• Monitor and track collection activities to ensure targets are met

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in cash collection or similar financial operations roles
• Ability to work independently and meet collection targets
• Physical ability to travel to multiple locations within area of coverage for collection purposes
• Valid driver's license is a must
• Senior high school diploma or equivalent qualification
