Job Title-- CI Contract Associate Zonal Operations

Department-- Operations / Service Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance tickets and coordinate with vendors.
• Track spare parts, shipments, and return deliveries.
• Support vendors with field issues, installations, and audits.
• Maintain zone-wise inventory and MIS reports.
• Coordinate insurance claims and required documentation.
• Ensure timely follow-up and closure of service tickets.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for smooth operations.

Preferred candidate profile

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 2+ years of experience B.E./B.Tech (Electrical)
• Basic knowledge of electrical equipment and EV charging systems.
• Good communication, coordination, and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and data management.
• Strong follow-up, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Quick learner with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
