CI Specialist

CI SPECIALIST As CI Specialist, you will participate in and lead continuous improvement projects aligned with our business priorities. Working closely with different functions, you will analyze processes, KPIs and operational data to identify root causes and development opportunities, and turn your findings into practical, sustainable improvements in safety, quality, productivity, service levels and cost efficiency. You will apply Lean and structured problem-solving methods, while further developing visual management, standardized ways of working and performance follow-up. An important part of your role will be to train, coach and support employees in continuous improvement methods, facilitate problem-solving, and help embed changes into everyday operations. By engaging teams and strengthening a culture of continuous improvement, you will help make development a consistent and collaborative way of working. You will also contribute to our sustainability goals by reducing waste, energy consumption, and material use. In this position you will report to CI Manager and work within a team of CI professionals. This position is permanent and full-time, and based at our Nastola site.

What are we looking for?

• A relevant higher education degree, for example in engineering, industrial management, business or another suitable field
• Experience of contributing to project teams or taking responsibility for leading projects
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze data, identify improvement opportunities and make informed decisions
• A persistent, proactive and goal-oriented approach, with the ability to drive development initiatives through to completion
• Good communication, facilitation, presentation and training skills
• Good IT and analytical skills
• An analytical, solution-focused and hands-on way of working, including active collaboration in the production environment
• A development-minded attitude and a genuine interest in continuous learning
• Business-level proficiency in Finnish and in English

Experience in continuous improvement, process optimization in manufacturing, and Lean methods is considered an advantage.
