What they need
Reviews loan applications duly endorsed by Supervisors.
Conducts comprehensive CI/BI of loan applications.
Conducts appraisal and inspection of collateral including actual measurement and verification of documents submitted.
Evaluates and processes loan applications and prepares credit reports and recommendation to be endorsed to the Lending Center Head for review and evaluation.
Prepares monthly accomplishment reports.
Conducts updating of accounts to re-evaluate the capacity of the borrower and identify credit deterioration for proper recommendation and mitigation.
Conducts CI/BI of applicants for employment.
Inspection of Real and Other Properties Acquired (ROPA).
To perform other task as may be assigned from time to time.
Adopts measures to improve audit rating and adhering the company rules and regulation, program policies and guidelines.
Pay: Php13,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
