Role & responsibilities :
- Handle calls from customers regarding electrical & electronics product inquiries, quotations, order status, complaints, and after-sales support.
- order confirmations, follow-ups, feedback, payment reminders, and lead nurturing.
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner.
- Process customer orders, maintain records
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate technical issues to the concerned department.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
