Position Summary:
Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi is seeking a detail-oriented CID Agent to manage guest registration data in compliance with local CID regulations, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry: Accurately input guest registration information into the CID system.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with local laws regarding guest identification.
Reporting: Prepare and submit daily reports to authorities.
Coordination: Work with front desk team for smooth guest check-in and data collection.
Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of all guest records and information.
Desired Candidate Profile
High School diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in data entry and relevant software.
Knowledge of local CID regulations.
