CIDO IT Program Manager (Staff level)

For our client, we are seeking a CIDO IT Program Manager (Staff level) to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This remote role will drive complex enterprise technology initiatives that support business operations across the organization. The ideal candidate will lead COTS implementations from early requirements through deployment while coordinating pilots, integrations, and change management efforts. This position partners closely with architects and key stakeholders to ensure new tools align with enterprise systems, deliver business value, and support successful adoption.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $161,000 – $241,400 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead COTS tool implementations from requirements through deployment
• Plan and evaluate pilots and proof-of-concepts to validate tool fit and business value
• Collaborate with architects to integrate new tools with existing systems
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and manage expectations
• Develop rollout plans, training materials, and change management strategies
• Identify and coordinate mitigation of risks and issues with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree with relevant experience; 12-14 years of experience
• Master's degree with 10 years of experience
• Experience implementing COTS tools in an enterprise environment
• Proven ability to run pilots and proof-of-concepts with clear outcome analysis
• Understanding of internal business systems and integrations, including ERP, PLM, and HR
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to build consensus among diverse stakeholders
• Demonstrated project coordination skills, including planning and communication
