We're looking for a confident, capable Duty Manager to help lead our team at Richmond. We have both full-time and casual positions available — let us know which you're after when you apply.

Please note weekend availability is essential for this role.

You'll bring strong hospitality experience, a calm leadership style, and a genuine passion for delivering great service.

Your Role

You'll be responsible for shift leadership, team performance, guest experience, and day-to-day operational excellence.

Your day might include:

• Opening and closing the cinema
• Running the floor and leading your team
• Managing cash-ups, banking, and stock
• Monitoring team performance and presentation standards
• Responding to guest issues and feedback
• Handling event setups and hosting private bookings
• Ordering stock and managing wastage
• Supporting training and maintaining high service standards

What We're Looking For

You stay calm under pressure, lead by example, and care about the details.
You don't just get the job done, you do it properly.

Required:

• Prior experience in a Duty Manager or supervisory hospitality role
• LCQ (or willing to obtain — we'll cover the cost with a commitment to the role)
• Current General Manager's Certificate preferred but not required
• 2+ years of hospitality experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Confidence managing KPIs and shift reporting
• Experience with stocktaking and ordering
• Familiarity with VISTA or similar POS systems
• Availability to work weekends
