JOB DESCRIPTION CINEMA MANAGER

Experience: 5–10 Years in Cinema / Multiplex / Hospitality / Retail

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete day-to-day cinema operations and ensure smooth show execution.
• Drive ticketing, F&B, advertising and overall revenue performance.
• Manage manpower, duty rosters, attendance, discipline and team productivity.
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest experience.
• Monitor F&B operations, inventory, wastage and cost control.
• Coordinate Housekeeping, Security, Maintenance and Technical teams.
• Ensure cinema hygiene, safety, security and statutory compliance.
• Handle customer complaints and operational escalations.
• Monitor daily sales, occupancy, expenses and prepare MIS reports.
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs, service standards and operational policies.
• Lead the team during weekends, holidays, premieres and high-occupancy periods.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate / MBA / Hotel Management preferred.
• 5–10 years relevant experience in Cinema / Multiplex / Hospitality / Retail.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer-handling skills.
• Good knowledge of operations, revenue, F&B and cost control.
• Willing to work in shifts, weekends and holidays.
