Cinema Service Crew (Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities:

·       Provide excellent customer service at ticketing and food counters, including handling cash and POS transactions

·       Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with food safety standards

·       Greet, guide, and usher patrons to their cinema halls and seats

·       Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the cinema halls, workstations, and common areas

·       Support daily cinema operations and ensure a smooth movie-going experience for all patrons

·       Assist with other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor or Manager

Requirements:

·       Minimum academic qualification: GCE 'O' Level or equivalent

·       Friendly, service-oriented, and eager to learn

·       A reliable team player who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment

·       Willing to work on rotating shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and late-night hours (beyond midnight)

·       Prior experience in event management and F&B will be an added advantage

·       Possession of a valid Food Hygiene Certificate is preferred

·       Must be fully vaccinated in accordance with government regulations

·       Open to fresh graduates and school leavers – training will be provided
