Job Profile :

• Manage end-to-end operations of 12 to 15 stores within the assigned circle.
• Drive performance across four key pillars: People, Business, Process, and Compliance.
• Analyze business data, identify performance gaps, and implement improvement opportunities.
• Review manpower requirements across stores and coordinate with HR to ensure timely closures of vacancies.
• Conduct mid-term reviews, performance discussions, and appraisal processes for the assigned circle.
• Ensure strict adherence to all operational processes related to people, product, cash, inventory, and assets.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and audit standards across stores and the regional office.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, Maintenance, Commercial, and Supply Chain.
• Lead, coach, and develop store leadership teams to achieve business and customer service goals.
