CISCO NETWORK & ISE ENGINEER

Join NTT DATA and take on a hands-on engineering role supporting business-critical Cisco network and authentication infrastructure. We are looking for an experienced Cisco Network & ISE Engineer who can go beyond traditional support services and bring strong systems integration, operations, troubleshooting, and engineering expertise.

You will work closely with engineering teams to manage Cisco ISE, RADIUS/AAA, Cisco ISR, and Catalyst 800 Series Routers, deliver production changes, resolve complex issues, and ensure a secure, reliable, and highly available network environment.

What You'll Do

• Provide operational and engineering support for Cisco ISE (RADIUS/AAA) and Cisco routers, including ISR and Catalyst 800 platforms.
• Configure, troubleshoot, maintain, and implement changes across Cisco network and authentication environments.
• Support Cisco ISE integration, network authentication, authorization, routing, and production configuration changes.
• Perform break/fix resolution, vulnerability patching, firmware upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
• Conduct health checks covering device utilization, logs and alerts, and hardware/software lifecycle status.
• Diagnose and resolve complex network and connectivity issues through onsite and remote support.
• Work closely with engineering teams on network changes, upgrades, optimization, and technical improvements.
• Serve as a Cisco SME, providing hands-on operational expertise and technical recommendations.

What We're Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco ISE, RADIUS/AAA, and Cisco enterprise routers.
• Experience working within a systems integrator, network integrator, or managed services environment is strongly preferred.
• Solid expertise in Cisco routing, configuration, troubleshooting, firmware upgrades, vulnerability patching, and lifecycle management.
• Experience integrating Cisco ISE with network devices for authentication, authorization, and access control.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot complex network issues and confidently implement production changes.
• Strong understanding of enterprise network operations, incident management, health checks, and preventive maintenance.
• Engineering/SME-level capability rather than solely L1/L2 helpdesk or shared-services support experience.
• CCNP Enterprise or equivalent Cisco expertise is highly desirable.
• Amenable to a hybrid setup of 3 days onsite and 2 days working from home.
