Cisco Sales Specialist

About The Role We are looking for an Internal Sales Specialist within the Cisco Business Unit , with a main focus on Cisco solutions .

You will build strong customer and vendor relationships through proactive engagement and product knowledge across backup, recovery, and data protection solutions .

This is a sales-driven role , focused on generating new business opportunities , outbound activity , and achieving revenue and margin targets .

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage the customer lifecycle
• Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships (including Cisco)
• Drive inside sales activity using data insights and customer intelligence
• Generate new business via outbound calls, emails, and campaigns
• Identify opportunities through pipeline development and project-based selling
• Manage sales opportunities end-to-end or collaborate with presales teams
• Provide and negotiate pricing, promotions, and solutions
• Drive vendor-focused sales initiatives (Cisco)
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline in CRM systems
• Ensure accurate forecasting and timely deal closure

What We Are Looking For

• 1-2 years experience in sales / inside sales / customer-facing roles
• Strong communication skills and telephone presence
• Target-driven mindset with focus on KPIs and performance
• Strong organisation, planning, and prioritisation skills
• Understanding of sales processes and pipeline management
• Experience with CRM tools, quotation systems, or order management
• Interest or knowledge in IT, cloud, or data protection (Veeam is a plus)
