Job Description :

• Configure and maintain Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unified Contact Center Express/Enterprise (UCCX/UCCE).

• Provide expertise in Cisco UC infrastructure, SIP trunking, carrier integrations, carrier-side coordination, dial plan management, and voice troubleshooting.

• Provide on-call support for critical P1/P2 Cisco Voice incidents.

Mandatory Skills : Azure Infra Services, Juniper DC/Branches Routers and Switches

Skills

Responsible for Providing Cloud operations Level3 support

Should well versed with Incident change problem management

Strong technical ability to troubleshoot in large enterprise involving complex network application flows

Providing RCA report for major incidents

Capable to perform Cost optimization and compliance monitoring periodically

Should manage documentations Runbook Diagrams SOPs RCA reports

AWSAzure networkfocused engineer having handson experience in deploying AWSAzure network solution

Provide technical delivery support to the Solution architects delivering solutions and configurations to support application deployments

Create deployment scripts like AWS cloud formation template for networking components

Extensive handson experience on AWSAzure architectural principles and key networking services such as

AWS Global Infrastructure VPC EC2 Route 53 Transit Gateway and Direct Connect Cloud Watch Logs

Azure Global Infrastructure VNET DNS VPN Gateway Express Route UDR Hub and Spoke Architecture Endpoints CICD Pipeline Log analytics work space

AWSAzure Solution Deployment Services Load Balancers Highly Available Virtual Network Appliances Fortinet Palo Alto NetScaler Bluecoat NSG Optional

AWSAzure Solution Deployment Native Security NSG Firewalls Native Load balancers

Identify and implement automation opportunities for laborious and or repetitive processes

Designing VPC architectures with security components for example security groups route tables network ACLs NAT gateways

Managing Virtual network traffic routing

Managing DDoS Network Security Groups Azure Firewall and Web Application Firewall

Azure Private Link and virtual network service endpoints

Azure Traffic Manager Azure Monitor and Network watcher

Securing external network connections to and from the AWS Cloud for example VPN AWS Direct Connect
