Citrix Administration & Support Professional

Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 8 years of relevant experience.

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Citrix Administrator support enterprise Citrix environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, Citrix Cloud, NetScaler (ADC), Windows Server administration, and enterprise virtualization technologies. The role requires troubleshooting complex issues, driving infrastructure improvements, and ensuring high availability, performance, and security of the Citrix platform.

Key Responsibilities
   . Administer and support Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) environments.
. Manage and maintain Citrix Cloud, Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, Director, and Citrix Workspace.
. Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Citrix ADC (NetScaler), including Load Balancing, Gateway, and SSL certificates.
. Perform installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and migration of Citrix infrastructure.
. Monitor system performance and proactively address capacity and performance issues.
. Troubleshoot complex user, application, profile, and connectivity issues.
. Manage FSLogix, Citrix Profile Management, and user profile solutions.
. Support virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper V.
. Implement disaster recovery and business continuity procedures for Citrix environments.
. Collaborate with application, server, network, and security teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
. Develop and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, architecture diagrams, and knowledge articles.
. Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes following ITIL practices.
. Mentor junior administrators and provide technical leadership for Citrix related projects.

Required Skills & Experience

. 8+ years of experience in Citrix administration and support.
. Strong experience with: Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) Citrix Cloud Citrix ADC (NetScaler) StoreFront Delivery Controllers Citrix Director Citrix Workspace Environment Management (WEM)
. Expertise in Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 administration.
. Experience with VMware vSphere, ESXi, and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
. Strong understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPOs, and PowerShell scripting.
. Experience managing SSL certificates, MFA, and security hardening.
. Knowledge of FSLogix, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and Microsoft Entra ID is highly desirable.
. Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
