What they need
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage Citrix environments, including XenApp and NetScaler servers.
- Troubleshoot issues with VDI connections, PVS (Published Virtual Server) configurations, and MCS (Metro Cluster Services).
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve technical issues related to Citrix infrastructure.
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as patching, backups, and monitoring of Citrix systems.
Job Requirements :
- 1-6 years of experience in a similar role supporting Citrix environments.
- Strong understanding of XenApp, NetScaler, VDI, PVS, MCS technologies.
- Experience working with Microsoft Windows operating systems.
