Your Task

We are looking for a senior technical expert responsible for the design and implementation of assigned technologies, software deployment, and data center operations. The team is responsible for operations in the data center, software deployment, and handling activities such as request/incident/change/problem tickets, as well as continuous improvements to services.

Responsibilities

• Manage software deployment processes
• Oversee data center operations
• Handle request, incident, change, and problem tickets
• Drive continuous improvements to services
• Work as part of the team or independently to implement and maintain solutions

Your Profile

We are looking for a senior technical expert with at least 3 years of experience in Citrix technologies, Microsoft Windows Server, and scripting, along with strong implementation skills and team collaboration abilities. The ideal candidate should be proficient in both English and German at an upper intermediate level.

Must Have Skills

• At least 3 years of experience with Citrix Virtual Applications & Desktops (CVAD)
• At least 3 years of experience with Citrix Netscaler
• At least 3 years of experience with Citrix DaaS
• At least 3 years of experience with Citrix PVS & MCS
• At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Windows Server
• At least 3 years of experience with Remote Desktop Services
• At least 3 years of experience with Scripting (e.g., Powershell)
• At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft AVD
• English language proficiency - Upper Intermediate (B2)
• German language proficiency - Upper Intermediate (B2)
• Experience in implementing IT solutions
• Hands-on mentality
• Organized in planning implementation steps and aligning with all relevant stakeholders
• Team player

Nice to Have Skills

• VMware vSphere experience
• FSLogix experience
• Participation in on-call duties
• Independent solving and troubleshooting of incidents and errors within defined expertise

Salary: Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than €1,850 gross.

Remote working possibility is only available within Slovakia due to European taxation regulation.
