Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance market share.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, making recommendations for process changes to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to drive business growth through coordinated efforts.
Job Requirements :
- 7-14 years of experience in retail management or related field with a focus on sales operations or P&L management.
- Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through effective strategy development and execution.
- Strong understanding of business operations, including territory management, sales analytics, and team leadership principles.
- QSR/Telecom/Startup experience preferred
