Must be based in New York, NY 10010, and willing to travel within their respective cities daily to a different location.

Work Hours:

10 Hours Monday to Friday Schedule 11AM to 2PM

Duration:

Till 12/31/2026, possible of extension

IN THIS ROLE

• YOU WILL Be a customer launch specialist:

  Launch new customers on the product, resolve pain points, and ensure great onsite experience Be a representative: manage quality and performance for clients.

• Have strong communication:

  field feedback from clients, identify issues, and clearly communicate them to the relevant contact
