City Operations Manager

Pronto is building a tech-enabled platform to bring reliability, consistency, and structure to the domestic help ecosystem. We are looking for a City Operations Manager to own city-level operations, workforce performance, and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end city operations across hubs and zones.
• Drive fulfillment, workforce availability, productivity, attendance, and retention.
• Lead field teams and ensure strong operational execution and accountability.
• Monitor city KPIs including fulfillment, cancellations, productivity, utilization, and service quality.
• Identify operational gaps and drive process improvement and cost optimization.
• Manage customer/partner escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Work closely with Supply, CX, Training, and Central Operations teams.
• Drive hub launches, city expansion, and operational scaling.

What Were Looking For

• 6-10 years of experience in City Operations, Business Operations, Service Operations, or Workforce Management.
• Experience managing large field/workforce teams.
• Strong understanding of workforce planning, productivity, fulfillment, and cost efficiency.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and people-management skills.
• Experience in home services, staffing, facility management, logistics, hyperlocal, or last-mile operations preferred.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
