Civil & Structural (C&S) Engineer – Infrastructure

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Civil & Structural (C&S) Engineer to support the delivery of major infrastructure projects in Singapore.

This is a hands-on, project/site-based role suited for candidates with experience in civil infrastructure works such as roads, drainage, utilities, underground services and structural works.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate C&S works throughout project execution
• Review construction drawings, specifications, method statements and technical submissions
• Provide technical support and resolve engineering/site issues
• Monitor site progress, quality and compliance with project requirements
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and relevant authorities
• Supervise civil and structural works and ensure proper execution according to approved drawings
• Support inspections, testing and other project documentation
• Coordinate interfaces with M&E, utilities and other disciplines
• Assist with authority submissions and technical approvals where required
• Support project completion, handover and close-out activities

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or related discipline

• At least 3 years of relevant C&S / civil infrastructure experience

• Hands-on experience in construction or project/site execution preferred

• Experience in any of the following will be advantageous:

  • Roadworks and drainage
  • Utilities / underground services
  • ERSS / temporary works
  • RC / structural works
  • MRT, rail or transportation infrastructure
  • Public infrastructure projects

• Experience working on LTA, PUB or other local authority projects will be an advantage

• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications

• Good coordination and problem-solving skills

• Candidates with main contractor / specialist contractor experience are strongly encouraged to apply
