Job Responsibilities

• Perform structural design, analysis and assessment for reinforced concrete and steel structures, hoisting crane supporting systems, temporary works and ERSS in accordance with Eurocodes and Singapore Standards.
• Manage A&A projects, structural inspections, strengthening works and technical coordination, including project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, risk management and coordination with project teams and stakeholders.
• Prepare, review and coordinate regulatory submissions and authority approvals through CORENET and relevant portals, liaising with agencies including URA, BCA, PUB, SCDF/FSSD, LTA, NParks, NEA, SLA and JTC.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related discipline, with relevant professional engineering knowledge.
• Experience in civil and structural design, analysis and assessment for reinforced concrete and/or steel structures.
• Familiarity with Eurocodes, Singapore Standards, structural assessment, strengthening works, temporary works and ERSS.
• Experience preparing and coordinating regulatory submissions, CORENET submissions and authority approvals is an advantage.
• Strong project coordination, communication, planning and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project requirements.
