Position Title: Design Engineer - Civil and Structural
Experience: 5-12 Years
Industry: Only Energy & Industry Sector
Key Responsibilities
- Design steel and RCC structures (e.g., pipe racks, shelters, electrical buildings, equipment foundations, pits).
- Design steel connections and review fabrication models.
- Review concrete drawings and bar bending schedules.
- Apply design philosophies in high seismic zones.
- Perform dynamic calculations for rotary equipment.
- Utilize international design standards (American, European).
- Calculate steel and concrete structures in industrial and energy projects.
Required Experience and Software Skills
Consulting Experience: Prior experience in engineering design consulting companies.
Engineering Software: SAP 2000, Power Connect, Ideastatica.
3D Tools: Navisworks.
