Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive IT Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations, employee technical support, IT infrastructure, hardware/software, networking, security, and asset management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, software, email, and other IT issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating systems.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, email, and IT onboarding/offboarding.
• Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, routers, switches, and network connectivity.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, software licenses, warranties, and equipment records.
• Coordinate IT procurement, repairs, replacements, and vendor support.
• Support endpoint security, antivirus, backups, updates, and cybersecurity practices.
• Maintain IT documentation and ensure data confidentiality.
• Support Microsoft 365/Google Workspace and office technology as required.
• Monitor IT systems and resolve recurring technical issues proactively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Computer Applications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant IT support/administration experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, hardware troubleshooting, networking, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365/Google Workspace and basic cybersecurity.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
