Job Summary:
Join a dynamic construction team and contribute to the successful delivery of building projects through effective project coordination and site management.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate civil and structural engineering project activities.
• Supervise on-site construction works to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical works with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure workplace safety compliance and prepare safe work procedures in collaboration with safety personnel.
• Conduct risk assessments and prepare method statements for project activities.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to resolve site issues and maintain project progress.
• Monitor project execution to ensure timely and smooth completion of works.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Completion of the Construction Safety Course for Project Managers.
• Completion of the Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course.
• Good coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
