Civil & Structural Engineer

·           To provide technical support to the operation team.

·           Involved in Tender Briefing, Tender Evaluation (technical)

·           Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the superior.

·           Liaise with consultant civil & structure engineer responsible for structure design and project management of civil and structure engineering projects.

·           Design works involve landed and high-rise housing projects, industrial, commercial, and institutional buildings involving concrete and steel structures, civil infrastructure works, and other structures such as bridges, retaining wall structures, water retaining structures, foundations, etc.

·           Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with Client, Consultants, Construction Team and  Sub-contractor.

·           Project management works include monitoring and supervision of contractor's works, quality management, correspondences and project meetings, liaisons with clients and other consultants, authorities, etc.
