Civil & Structural Engineer

Duration: Full Time
Working Hours: Mon - Fri office hours
Salary: Up to $4000 (depending on qualification and years of experience)

Key Responsibilities:

You will oversee the various stages of civil, structural, and infrastructure engineering projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with required quality standards. The role also involves coordinating project teams and maintaining effective communication with clients.

• Manage project stages including feasibility studies, planning, design, tendering, construction inspection, administration, and commissioning for civil, structural, and infrastructure projects such as pipelines, sewers, drainage systems, pumping stations, reservoirs, and roads.

• Coordinate and monitor project activities to ensure timely completion and adherence to approved budgets, while minimizing the risk of cost overruns.

• Develop preliminary and detailed designs, including design calculations, in accordance with project requirements.

• Review and maintain project-related documentation to ensure compliance with company quality standards.

• Maintain proactive communication with project teams and clients by providing regular updates, identifying potential issues, and implementing appropriate solutions.

• Carry out site inspections to ensure site staff are effectively supervising works and that project progress is properly monitored and recorded.

• Attend and actively contribute to project-related meetings to facilitate project objectives and maintain alignment among stakeholders.

• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Min Diploma/Bachelors' Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), Real Estate, Facilities Management, Building Management, Estate Management, or a related discipline.

• Prior related experience preferred.

• Singaporeans only.
