PL & Associates Sdn. Bhd. is looking to hire a Civil & Structural Engineer to join our team in Penang. These are full-time positions offering hands-on involvement in both design and site execution of civil and structural projects.

What you'll be doing

• For Civil & Structural Engineer:

  • Assist in the design and analysis of civil and structural works
  • Prepare engineering calculations, reports, and drawings
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and authorities
  • Review shop drawings and technical submissions
  • Attend meetings and provide technical support during construction
  • Assist in authority submissions and ensure compliance with standards

For Civil & Structural Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent
• Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years of experience is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of design software (e.g., AutoCAD, ESTEEM, SAFE, etc.)
• Good understanding of engineering fundamentals and willingness to learn
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team
