Civil & Structural Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Civil & Structural Engineer to join our team and support the design and execution of complex onshore oil & gas projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality civil and structural engineering solutions, ensuring compliance with international standards, project schedules, budgets, and HSSE requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform civil and structural design calculations, analysis, and engineering studies.
• Develop and review design basis, specifications, engineering reports, drawings, and material take-offs (MTOs).
• Design and analyze RCC structures, steel structures, equipment foundations, pipe racks, shelters, cable trenches, drainage systems, roads, and skid structures.
• Conduct static and dynamic analysis for equipment foundations.
• Review topographical surveys, geotechnical reports, and vendor documentation.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, clients, vendors, contractors, and site personnel.
• Participate in 3D model reviews and resolve discipline-related clashes.
• Prepare technical requisitions, bid evaluations, and technical assessments for construction and fabrication contractors.
• Review and approve outsourced engineering deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, quality procedures, and change management processes.
• Provide technical support during construction, commissioning, and operational phases.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering; Master's Degree in Structural Engineering is an advantage.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Civil & Structural Engineering within the Oil & Gas, Energy, or EPC industry.
• Strong experience in onshore facilities engineering and construction projects .
• Experience with brownfield projects, site engineering support, and contractor management.
• Proven expertise in:
• Equipment foundation design (static & dynamic analysis)
• RCC and structural steel design
• Pipe racks, shelters, buildings, and modularized steel structures
• Precast concrete structures
• Underground drainage systems, cable trenches, and road design
• Structural connection design

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in engineering software such as:
• STAAD Pro
• SAP2000
• SACS
• Foundation 3D
• MAT 3D
• RAM Connection
• Strong knowledge of international codes and standards including:
• ACI
• AISC
• British Standards (BS)
• Eurocodes
