Civil & Structural Engineer(s)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the development, evaluation, and optimization of project technical solutions to ensure feasibility, cost efficiency, and compliance.
• Provide engineering recommendations and technical risk assessments.
• Coordinate technical communication among consultants, contractors, and clients.
• Review construction drawings and identify design discrepancies or potential risks.
• Propose improvements to enhance constructability and project efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements and national/industry standards.
• Provide on-site technical guidance and resolve technical issues during construction.
• Drive process improvements and promote technical standardization.
• Manage technical documentation including drawings, design changes, and site reports.
• Collaborate with procurement, commercial, construction, quality, and safety teams.

REQUIREMENTS

• Possess at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architectural, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; prior experience in building projects is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Malaysia’s construction standards, design policies, and quality inspection requirements.
