Civil & Structural Resident Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor Civil & Structural works at the project site.
• Ensure construction works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements and relevant requirements.
• Monitor site progress, workmanship and quality of construction works.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify any construction or quality issues.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and relevant project team members on technical and site matters.
• Review site conditions and provide technical input on construction-related issues.
• Monitor and follow up on rectification of defects and non-compliant works.
• Coordinate and attend site meetings, inspections and discussions with relevant parties.
• Maintain proper site records, inspection reports and other project documentation.
• Assist in resolving technical issues and coordination matters during construction.
• Monitor compliance with project requirements, safety standards and applicable statutory requirements.
• Support project handover, completion and other related site activities.
